Thank you for choosing Sacred Soulutions. Whether you're here for holistic therapy, a soul-nourishing product, or a calming workshop, these terms help ensure a clear and respectful experience for us both.


🌿 Therapies & Appointments

  • Consultations
    Before your first session, you'll be asked to complete a confidential consultation form to help ensure the treatment is appropriate and personalised to your needs. Please inform me of any health conditions, medication, or changes in your wellbeing, including pregnancy or trying to conceive.

  • Booking & Cancellation Policy
    To ensure I can serve all clients effectively, please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, as well as No Shows, will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment price.

    • Same-day cancellations are treated as missed appointments.
      I know life can be unpredictable and things come up – I’m always happy to work with you when possible. Your understanding really helps me continue offering consistent care to yourself and others.

  • Booking & Payment
    Appointments must be pre-booked. Payment is accepted via cash or bank transfer at this time. Some sessions may require a deposit to confirm your space.

  • Treatment Expectations
    My therapies are complementary and supportive of your natural healing process. They are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

  • Energetically Infused
    Each item is intuitively selected, handmade, and infused with Reiki. These creations are offered to support your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

  • Payment & Checkout
    Payments are currently accepted via cash or bank transfer. Full payment is required before dispatch.

  • Dispatch & Delivery
    Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days via Royal Mail. You’ll receive a notification once your item is on its way.

    • Some bespoke or made-to-order items may take longer – timeframes will be discussed and agreed when you order.

    • Local collection may be possible by prior arrangement.

  • Returns & Refunds
    Returns are only accepted for damaged or faulty items. Due to the personal and energetic nature of these creations, I cannot offer returns for change of mind. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if there’s an issue, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

  • Places are limited and may require payment in full to secure your space or a non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event may not be refundable unless your space is filled.

  • Any course content provided is for your personal use only and may not be shared or reproduced.

By signing the consultation form and/or booking a service, you agree to the following:

I understand that I am seeking treatment with Sacred Soulutions and will have the opportunity to discuss my health history, concerns, and treatment options with the practitioner. I acknowledge that I have provided accurate and complete information regarding my medical history and any current medications or conditions. I will be informed of the nature of the treatment, potential benefits, risks, and alternatives available to me. I understand that while the practitioner will take all necessary precautions, I am responsible for any outcomes resulting from the treatment, and I acknowledge that Sacred Soulutions will not be held liable for any adverse effects or complications that may arise. By signing below, I give my consent for the treatment to be carried out.

You confirm that you understand your participation is entirely voluntary, and that you're responsible for your own wellbeing during and after any treatment, workshop, or use of product.
