Thank you for choosing Sacred Soulutions. Whether you're here for holistic therapy, a soul-nourishing product, or a calming workshop, these terms are designed to create a clear, respectful, and supportive experience for us both.
πΏ Therapies & Appointments
Consultations
Before your first session, you will be asked to complete a confidential consultation form to ensure your treatment is appropriate and tailored to your needs.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding your health, including any medical conditions, medications, or changes in well-being, including pregnancy or if you are trying to conceive.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
To allow me to support all clients effectively, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged at 100% of the session fee.
- Same-day cancellations or reschedules are treated as missed appointments.
I understand that life can be unpredictable and will always aim to be as understanding as possible where I can. However, late changes impact my ability to offer appointments to others, so this policy is applied fairly and consistently.
Repeated Appointment Changes
Where there are repeated late cancellations, rescheduling, or missed appointments, Sacred Soulutions reserves the right to require full pre-payment at the time of booking for any future appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. The full session fee will still apply.
Booking & Payment
All appointments must be booked in advance. Payment is accepted via cash or bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
Some sessions may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
Treatment Expectations
All therapies offered are complementary and intended to support your natural healing process. They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You are advised to consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns.

Energetically Infused
Each item is intuitively selected, handmade, and Reiki-infused, created to support emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Payment & Checkout
Full payment is required before dispatch. Payment is accepted via cash or bank transfer.
Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days via Royal Mail. You will be notified once your order has been sent.
Bespoke or made-to-order items may require additional time. Timeframes will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of ordering.
Local collection may be available by prior arrangement.
Returns & Refunds
You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if items arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Due to the personal and energetic nature of these creations, returns for change of mind are not accepted.
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue, and I will work with you to resolve it.
π« Workshops, Events & Group Sessions
Spaces are limited and may require full payment or a non-refundable deposit to secure your place.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable unless your space can be filled.
- If Sacred Soulutions needs to cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
All course materials and content are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or reproduced without permission.

By booking a service or signing a consultation form, you confirm that:
- You understand the nature of the treatments and have had the opportunity to ask questions.
- You have provided accurate and complete information regarding your health and well-being.
- You understand that all treatments are complementary and not a substitute for medical care.
- You accept responsibility for your own health and well-being during and after any session, event, or use of products.
While all care, skill, and professionalism are applied, Sacred Soulutions cannot guarantee specific outcomes and shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or adverse reaction, except where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.
Your participation is entirely voluntary.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
