My Story ~ From Searching to Serving ....

I wasn’t always this grounded. Once, life felt heavy, messy, and a little too loud. I knew there was something more, something beyond the daily hustle, but I didn’t know how to reach it.

 

So, after years of ignoring nudges and signs, I finally listened and took a leap of faith. At 40, I trained in massage (even though I’d never had one myself!), and that was my first taste of what it feels like to truly connect on all levels - mind, body, emotions, and soul. This opened doors into energy work, meditation, Reiki, essential oils, and intuitive healing. Every step taught me not just how to help others, but how to trust myself working with healing energy.

 

In 2024, I followed my heart again and stepped fully into this work, leaving the familiar behind to focus entirely on helping others find clarity, release, and their own inner strength.

Why This Work Matters ~ ”Because I’ve been there”

My work is rooted in lived experience. I know what it feels like to be stuck - going round the same thoughts, carrying things that feel too heavy to say out loud. The sleep disturbances when your mind won’t switch off. The knot in your stomach before a conversation. The tightness in your throat when you swallow words you wish you could say.

 

I’ve done the work myself. I’ve faced old trauma, questioned long-held beliefs, sat with fear and self-doubt, and slowly untangled the stories that kept me small. And I know what it feels like when things begin to lift, when your body softens, your breath deepens, and you start to feel steadier, clearer, more at home in your own skin.

 

Over the years, I’ve gained many professional qualifications and trained extensively in holistic therapies, energy work, and mentoring. That training gives structure and safety to what I do. But the heart of this work isn’t just what I’ve studied, it’s what I’ve lived.

 

When I sit with you, I’m not working from just theory. I’m working from understanding. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

This is why I do what I do: to give you that same sense of clarity, freedom, and self-love, in a safe, welcoming, and sometimes fun way.
