I'm Vicci, the woman behind Sacred Soulutions.

I offer gentle, personalised holistic support for women through reflexology, Reiki, energy healing, Indian Head Massage, meditation and soul mentoring.

My approach is grounded, intuitive and completely centred around you, creating space to slow down, reconnect and find a little more balance in your body, mind and energy.

A Little About Me

My work brings together holistic therapies, energy work and soul mentoring to create personalised support for women who need space to slow down, reconnect and find their own way forward.

 

I'm a qualified Reflexologist, Reiki Master Teacher, Clinical Aromatherapist and Meditation Teacher, and I draw on these different approaches intuitively rather than following a one-size-fits-all formula.

 

Some days you might need deep physical relaxation. Other times you might need energetic support, space to talk things through, or simply someone to help you see what's been sitting beneath the surface.

 

That's where I come in.

 

My role isn't to tell you who you should be or how you should heal. It's to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore what's going on, reconnect with yourself and discover what feels right for you.

My Story

From searching to serving

I haven't always felt as grounded and connected as I do today.

For many years, I was searching for something I couldn't quite put into words. Life could feel heavy and overwhelming, and I knew there had to be another way of experiencing myself and the world around me.

At 40, I took my first step into holistic therapy and trained in massage, despite never having had a massage myself! 😂

 

That first step opened a door.

 

From there, my curiosity led me into reflexology, Reiki, energy work, meditation, essential oils and deeper intuitive work. With every new training and experience, I discovered more about how powerful it can be to bring together the body, mind, emotions and energy.

 

In 2024, I followed that nudge once again and stepped fully into Sacred Soulutions.

 

Today, my work is about creating the kind of space I know many women need. Somewhere they can slow down, feel supported, explore what's going on beneath the surface and reconnect with themselves.

 

My own journey continues to shape how I work: with compassion, curiosity, intuition and a healthy dose of real life.
